Now lets take a look at what we do to get your house sold.

First, just like any other Realtor® we will put a sign in your yard.  But there's something different about our sign.  Our sign carries the Coldwell Banker name.  A name that is know across the USA for providing great real estate
service.  I think if you drive around your neighborhood you will see that we do a little business in Davis and Weber County areas.  In fact, we do over 40% of the business in those counties when it comes to listings sold.  That's a lot of homes being sold and a lot of signs.

The next step in our marketing of your home is to put it on the
Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  But here again we do things a little different at Team One.  Every home we put on the MLS has more than a picture of the front of the home.  Depending on the layout of the home, we either put a
360 House Virtual Tour or a Team One Home Photo Tour on the MLS.

It takes about 10 days to get the virtual tour scheduled and the photographer over to shoot the tour.  In the mean time, we take our own digital photos and put together a
Team One Home Photo Tour like the example below.
