Our Team One exclusive Audio Open House does two things.  First it allows prospective buyers to get information on your house 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Second it captures the phone number of every person who calls in on your house and allows us to call them back and try to sell them your house.  We can tell you how many calls come in on your house on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.  Every call is returned and the prospective buyer is invited to come see your house.  If the prospective buyers doesn't really want your house then we sell them another one.  But the same holds true for all the houses we have on this system.  Another house could cause yours to sell.

This is how the system works:

We write a script for your house.  The script is then recorded on an 800 number that gives everyone who calls in a full audio description of the house.  Then the fun begins.  We put the basic 800 # (1-800-258-1861) with a 3 digit extension on every piece of advertising we do for your house.  The 3 digit extension is broken down like this.  The last two digits tell us which house it is.  The first digit tells us where the caller saw the number advertised when they called in. 

Examples are as follows:

If we ran a newspaper ad on your house it would say
         
          "For an Audio Open House Tour of this home
           call 1-800-258-1861, Ext. 1XX,
           24 hour recorded message."

When we call the 800 number to get all the calls that were made to your house, it would break them down by the first digit.  So we might have 10 calls from number 2, 15 from number 3, 5 from number 5, and 35 from number 7.  This would tell us that the most exposure on your house was coming from our Team One Web Sites, and the second was the flyer.

This information allows us to know exactly where to spend our marketing dollars on your house to get you the most exposure.

I forgot to mention that the system captures all phone numbers that call in on your house.  Even the unlisted ones.  You might want to remember that when you call an 800 # you can not block your phone number even if it is unlisted.  Where do you think the tele-marketing people get all the phone numbers they call to sell people something.
