Every home over $200,000.00 has a virtual tour and slide show provided and put on all the web sites that were listed on the WFR MLS portion of our marketing system.

The virtual tour allows prospective buyers to feel like they are standing in the house looking around at the rooms.  The slide show lets them see each room individually.  The best part is that when they come to visit the house it doesn't have to be spotless, because they have already seen it at it's best.

The above statement means that when we come to shoot the virtual tour and slides, that we want the house to be spotless.  We give you plenty of notice when the photographer is coming, so this should not present a problem.

Another advantage of our virtual tour service is that Circle Pix the company that takes the tours also provides us with statistics about how many people have looked at your tour, what rooms were viewed, and how many times.  This is a great feature since the benefit to you and us is that we can tell if your Internet marketing of your house is working.  These statistics are usually provided on a monthly basis to you the client.
