When an agent calls to set an appointment to show your house we immediately put the showing information and the agents name, phone number, and E-mail address into our Real Feedback system.  This automatically sends an E-mail like the one on the right to the agent to get feedback on the items covered.

The feedback is then sent right to you the seller and to us as the selling agents.  This allows both you and us to know if there are any things in the house the should be changed to meet the buyer's needs and get the house sold.
