The traditional
method of touring your house is where we get a group of Realtors® together after our sales meeting on Tuesday morning and we actually visit your house. The Realtors® go thru your house and then fill out a comment sheet about your home containing their feedback on the home. These sheets are then discussed with you so you can see what other agents thought about your house.
The more modern way of touring your house is done right at our sales meetings. Since modern times require us to do things faster and better, we use the Virtual Tour or Home Photo Tour of your house to introduce it to the Realtors in our company.
Both of these methods are effective and let the Realtors® see the interior of your house.
We have had homes sold because of these tours. Agents would see the house and know that it was just what their client was looking for and set up a showing right at the tour.
No matter which method we use, this again helps us get your home exposure to the Realtor® community and get it sold.
