This will show you what we do to target buyers for your house.  We place these three marketing pieces on the back of all of our flyers.  Each one is used to target different prospective buyer types.

The first group to be targeted is those who need to get all the information they can about buying a home before they will make a decision. It also targets first time home buyers who are afraid to make a decision until they feel safe doing it.

The second group to be targeted are those prospective buyers who are driving around just looking at neighborhoods and picking up flyers on all the homes in a certain neighborhood.  This same marketing piece is used in some of our Internet marketing to get even more prospective buyers to work with us and hopefully buy your house.

The third targeted group of prospective buyers are those that want something for FREE.  This makes up almost all of the prospective buyers.  We offer our Home Buyer Consultant Software.  This software has mortgage calculators, moving tips, and home buying tips.  This again helps us get buyers, which is what we need to sell your home.

I know what your saying.  This marketing step only help you get buyers, it doesn't help me sell my home.  That right it helps us get buyers. Keep in mind though that if we don't have any buyers, how can we sell your home?
