We will ask you a series of questions that are designed to help us know which steps in our marketing plan need to be increased to make sure your house sells.

Sample questions are:

Why are you selling?
Where are you moving to?
When do you want to move?
Is this a relocation move?
How long have you lived in the house?
What improvements have you made to the house?
Would you make the necessary repairs to help the house sell?
Why did you buy the house?  (What motivated
you to buy it?)
What will you do if it sells fast?
What will you do if it doesn't sell?

This step is the most important steps in the marketing of a house.
