Today RealtorsŪ use the General Electric Supra E Key for their listings.  Each keybox is coded for a specific home and a complete record of each entry is maintained and available to your RealtorŪ at any time.  Only registered key pad holders can access your hosee and time limits can be set on the keybox to prevent entry as needed.  The registered key owner can use their key to enter the property by first punching in their personal code to activate the keybox which will then record the entry.  Immediately an E-mail will be sent to the RealtorŪ showing who entered the property.

WARNING:  Don't use a combination, dial in code, or other style of lock box.  This is the only system that will keep track of who has entered your house and can be checked if any problems arise.

This system is recommended for every house because of the record keeping capability of the lock box.

Some people say we don't want a lock box because we are always home.  Well, to tell you the truth, the people who tell us that, are not always home.  Besides, we ask that you not be home when a prospective buyers comes to the house with their Realtor®.  We ask that you leave so the prospective buyer will not feel uneasy when they want to open a closet or a cabinet to look inside, and they will be able to talk freely about what they think about the house.
