	93% of Internet Visitors Want Multiple Photos The latest Realtor Dot Com survey showed that 93% of all visitors wanted to look at houses with multiple photos first. Some visitors wouldn't even look at houses without multiple photos.


	In today's modern world almost everyone has a digital camera. So why do so many Realtors® only put one photo of the front of the house on the Internet? It makes no sense at all since that is what the public wants and it's so easy to take the photos. The Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Service allows us to put eight photos on their web site which is then transferred to Realtor Dot Com, and Utah Real Estate Dot Com. Even today after these statistics have been given to the Realtors®, there are still houses on the Internet with only a photo of the front of the house. We take eight photos of the house and make sure they are all posted on every web site mentioned in the WFR MLS portion of this system. All houses over $200,000.00 have a virtual tour along with a slide show put on the Internet. All houses under $200,000.00 are given a Team One Home Photo Tour. (Click Here to see example)
