Seller's Property Condition Disclosure - This is a form that you as the seller fill out and give to the buyer so that they can see if there is anything in need of repair or if there have been any problems with the home in the past.
Lead Base Paint Disclosure - All homes built before 1978 might still have lead base paint present on the property. The Federal Government requires that the seller fill out a form that discloses if they have/don't have any knowledge or reports showing lead base paint to be present on the property. There is also the requirement for both the seller and buyer to receive the pamphlet on Lead Base Paint provided by the government.
